Audit Manager (Big 4 / Big 10 APAC) (SG Portfolio)

About the Company

Randstad Malaysia is partnering with a Big 4 / Big 10 APAC Audit Firm. We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager to lead engagements across the Malaysia, Singapore, and wider APAC markets. This is your chance to manage a regional portfolio without the silos of the traditional Big 4.

Your Responsibilities

• Regional Portfolio: Manage a diverse mix of clients across Malaysia, Singapore, and APAC (IFRS & Local GAAP).
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing audit teams (5-10 staff) to ensure technical excellence.
• Client Advisory: Act as a strategic partner to C-suite stakeholders, identifying value-add opportunities beyond standard compliance.
• Global Collaboration: Work closely with international partners to deliver seamless cross-border services.
