We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lead AV Technician to oversee the installation, configuration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of professional audio-visual systems within commercial new-construction environments. This role is responsible for leading field installation teams, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of fully integrated AV solutions. The ideal candidate has strong experience with commercial AV infrastructure, control systems, DSP platforms, low-voltage cabling, and system commissioning, along with the leadership skills necessary to mentor technicians and drive project success.
