AU Mortgage Loan Processor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:

• Responsible for managing residential mortgage applications from lodgement to settlement
• Supporting brokers through document collection, compliance, lender communication, and settlement coordination using ApplyOnline, Australian lender portals, and mortgage CRMs.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• AU Mortgage Processing experience
• End-to-end mortgage loan processing
• Experience with CRM systems (Infinity or MyCRM preferred, but any CRM is acceptable)
• Experience using lender portals
• Serviceability assessment
• Valuation ordering

Work Setup: Full onsite for the first 6 months, hybrid eventually

Work Schedule: Day Shift (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
