Sysgen RPO is hiring Bookkeeping/Onboarding Lead - AU for direct hire and permanent role

About the role

• Direct hire
• Early morning shift

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end bookkeeping operations
• Lead month-end close activities, reviews, and payroll checks
• Manage team performance, utilization, and development plans
• Conduct regular team huddles and resolve delivery risks
• Establish and maintain internal controls and best practices
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Ensure adherence to ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 standards

Qualifications & Experien

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance (CPA preferred)
• At least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role (ANZ exposure)
• Strong people management and decision-making skills
• Experience in offshore/BPO accounting environments
