Operating under a vertically integrated and financially conservative business model, they oversee the entire development lifecycle—from site acquisition and planning to construction and ongoing property management. This approach enables them to successfully deliver projects without relying on pre-sales.

Employment Details

• Employment Type: Initial 6–12-month contract, renewable based on performance (Project-hire or Independent Contractor)
• Work Setup: 100% Onsite (BGC, Taguig)
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Philippine Time)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide architectural and design support to the Australia-based Design and Engineering team.
