Responsibilities
+ Advise clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters
+ Assist with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and business restructurings
+ Draft and negotiate transaction documents and corporate agreements
+ Counsel clients on debt and equity offerings
+ Advise on entity formation, governance, and organizational structuring
