About The RoleOur client is seeking a qualified Attorney to provide legal guidance, draft and review contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, and support litigation or corporate matters. This role requires strong legal judgment, excellent drafting and research skills, and the ability to partner with executives, managers, and outside counsel.
Responsibilities- Contract Work: Draft, redline, and negotiate contracts (NDAs, MSAs, employment agreements, vendor/supplier contracts, leases).
