Job Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm with offices throughout the Northeast, has an immediate need for a Litigation Attorney, to join their winning team in Cherry Hill OR Philadelphia PA.
Insurance defense is preferable, but not required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage files from inception to end
- Prepare legal pleadings, motions, statements, trial briefs and be involved in negotiating settlements
- Work closely with clients and claims partners to prepare timely reports on litigation
- Take depositions
- Draft motions
- Appear in court
- Medical record review
- Client reporting
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- New Jersey OR Pennsylvania Bar required.
- Candidates with clerkship experience will be considered as long as they have admission.
