Job Summary

Assists Guests in and out of the Theme Park through the entrance and exit access gates. Provides information, direction, and assistance with to Guests when required and provides any additional assistance with ticket issues.

Major Responsibilities

Assist guests with entering the theme park with valid ticket product. Properly identifies any fraudulent tickets and notifies proper personnel.

Understand all valid ticket products and how to correctly process each ticket, while communicating potential issues such as incorrect dates, blockout products, or used tickets while providing world class service when entering the park.

Reports hardware and ticketing issues and provides supporting data as to ticket product or hardware error type. Maintain clean and orderly working environment in accordance with Universal’s standards.
