Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic, enterprise-level Lead Atlassian Administrator to own and evolve our Atlassian Cloud ecosystem (Jira Software, Confluence, Service Management, and integrations). This is not a ticket- based support role. The ideal candidate will act as the internal platform owner, driving governance, automation, AI enablement, and enterprise-scale optimization aligned with business outcomes Key Responsibilities: Design and enforce governance frameworks (workflows, permissions, custom fields, automation standards). Lead Cloud migrations, consolidations, and transformation initiatives. Prevent workflow sprawl and configuration drift while enabling team flexibility. Develop standardized dashboards and reporting for performance visibility and flow metrics. Automate administrative processes using native automation, APIs, scripting, and AI copilots.
