Atlassian Expert Consultant

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Atlassian Expert Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Atlassian products, including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket, and will work on various projects to implement and optimize these tools for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Proven hands-on experience with Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• Strong experience supporting both Atlassian Cloud and Data Center environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and ITSM frameworks (ITIL preferred).
• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Bitbucket in both Cloud and Data Center environments.
• Lead end-to-end implementations including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, migration, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.
