Advertising/Posting Title Athletic Trainer
Posting Summary
Provide athletic training services for varsity student-athletes, including acute care, rehabilitation, and health & performance education. Provide clinical care including prevention, assessment, and acute management of athletic injuries; rehabilitation of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions; and documentation of services delivered. Travel with teams and provide medical oversight at practices, competitions, etc. Communicate with coaches, players, and parents. Promote a safe Center for Health and Wellbeing for all students and staff. Support the mission and philosophy of the CHWB , Division of Student Affairs, and the University of Vermont.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
