Job Description
Position Summary:
The Incumbent will be responsible for the end-to-end employee life cycle for the respective business including recruitment, rewards & recognition, performance management, employee engagement, Contract Labour management and Industrial relations.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for following aspects:
Statutory compliances of including maintenance of Statutory forms and registers
Interfacing with HRBPs for Online statutory compliance tool for all Sites
Contract Labour Management - Agreements, Vendor management, Bill Management, trouble shooting, queries handling
Admin activities
Cost and Budgeting, Cost Control measures
Interfacing with Regulators – Labour Dept, Factories dept, Police etc
Training and development of Blue Collared / MTMs in Manufacturing– Skill Matrix review and implement...
