Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
Participate in the day-to-day administration of corporate insolvency and restructuring engagements, which include (i) liquidation, (ii) receivership, (ii) judicial management, (iii) scheme of arrangement, (iv) monitoring / special accountant and (v) debt restructuring. Responsibilities include (list not exhaustive):
Preparing draft letters, notices, emails and reports
Securing, indexing and safekeeping of books and records.
Taking control of the property and assets of the business, followed by realisation / debt recovery process
Information gathering from books / records of clients and third parties
Adjudicating creditors' claims
Participating in investigatory work to trace assets and assess potential recoveries for creditors
Assisting in the financial review and preparation of restructuring proposals
Liaising with stakeholders, creditors and other business advisors.
