Associate/Executive, Human Capital

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities including an efficient sourcing and selection process from different recruitment channels.
• Initiate and maintain relationships with the relevant recruitment agencies, executive search companies, education establishments and other channels to ensure an on-going source of manpower supply.
• Work closely with Hiring Managers at various levels to gain a thorough understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements and deliver beyond expectations.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Human Resource/Psychology/Business Administration or other related disciplines.
• Associate: Those who possess less than 1 year of relevant experience and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Executive: At least 1 year of working experience in Talent Acquisition.
