As the Associate Wellness Director at Creekside you’ll provide medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in compliance with state regulations.
What we look for in an Associate Wellness Director:
Maintains a current state license as a professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nursing License (RN)
Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner
Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families
