Role Overview

Provide compassionate in-home end-of-life care for pets, including euthanasia and hospice consultations, while supporting pet owners through the grieving process.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-home euthanasia with empathy and professionalism.
• Conduct hospice and end-of-life consultations.
• Offer compassionate guidance and emotional support to pet owners.

Requirements

• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in Maryland and/or Washington, D.C.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Comfortable handling emotionally sensitive situations.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $115,000–$125,000 (Part-Time)
