- Develop automation scripts and applications using Node.js, React, Python, PHP, and other technologies.
- Create custom tools to enhance monitoring and streamline daily tasks.
- Integrate telephony systems with web applications for real-time analytics and management.
- Ensure security and redundancy for all VoIP devices, servers, and web applications.
- Optimize voice paths for high quality and low latency.
- Implement best practices for service quality and scalability.
- Perform analysis and tuning of Linux-based servers for QoS, scalability, and high availability.
- Manage Docker containers and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and scaling.
- Administer SMPP / API-based SMS technologies for robust messaging services.
- Provide system administration for Asterisk PBX, IVR, and global call center servers.
- Conduct continuous research on emerging technologies to improve telephony infrastructure.
