Associate tele-underwriting consultant

Our client has an opportunity available for an Associate Tele-underwriting Consultant based in Port-Elizabeth.

Requirements Exceptional telephonic skills. Knowledge or experience in health-related terminology. Previous call center or customer service experience. Matric with Mathematical Literacy or NFS achievement level 3. Responsibilities Perform outbound calls for confirmation of cover and other questions that may arise after the online capture of new electronic proposal applications on the system. Ensure that agreed targets are met of the internal service level agreement. Ensure quality assurance of all captured information and where necessary, escalating any issues appropriately. #J-18808-Ljbffr
