Preparation for submission of the annual corporate tax returns and corresponding tax requirements (including tax provisions, tax estimates, withholding tax review, etc) for the Astro Audio and Studios GroupPreparation for submission the bi-monthly service tax returns for the Astro Audio and Studios GroupPreparation of the tax provisions and deferred tax for quarterly reporting purposes. Review of agreements (Intercompany & External Parties) for tax implications i.e. income tax, withholding tax, service tax, transfer pricing, GST, etc. Seeking early tax finalization/ agreement with the tax authorities on the tax affairs of company
