This role is a dual‑impact position within Talent Acquisition that combines high‑volume recruiting engagement support with system enablement and testing responsibilities (e.g., Oracle Recruiting/ATS modules). It ensures process efficiency, data integrity, and a seamless candidate experience while supporting continuous improvement of TA systems and workflows.

This is a temporary 6‑month contract.

Responsibilities

• Manage high‑volume candidate screening and triage, ensuring alignment with role requirements.
• Conduct resume review (light and heavy), including tagging, prioritization, and candidate pooling.
• Maintain structured and accurate candidate pipelines within ATS (Oracle or similar).
