Job Description
Main Purpose of the Role
Savannah Global Health Institute seeks a highly motivated Associate – Strategic Communications & Advocacy to strengthen how SGHI's work is understood, trusted, and acted upon by governments, funders, and partners. The Associate will work closely with SGHI leadership, technical teams, and external stakeholders to translate complex, evidence-driven work into clear, compelling narratives that support policy uptake, resource mobilization, and sustained reform.
This role combines strategic storytelling, policy communications, and advocacy execution, and is designed for a self-driven professional with strong writing and judgment, the ability to simplify complex technical material without loss of rigor, and the political and institutional awareness required to operate effectively in multi-stakeholder, government-led reform environments.
