What does an Assistant Store Manager do? Provide customers with outstanding, friendly service in a timely manner. Primary responsible for running the shift. Responsible for handling all issues related to the shift being covered. Fill in for all other positions, when needed. Perform duties of the General Manager or Store Manager in their absence.
