The Work
As part of a growing and dynamic Commercial team, the Associate, Special Loans and Restructuring will assist the Special Loans team with the management and oversight of the Commercial portfolio of delinquent and problem accounts, which consists of all Commercial lending products.
The Associate will provide direct support to the Associate Director, Special Loans on day‑to‑day portfolio management and reporting requirements. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing reports, attending and assisting at meetings, monitoring portfolios, driving projects and initiatives, and other administrative duties. The Associate will maintain and action the loan collections process for assigned loans, contacting clients, internal teams and partners regarding arrears, maturing mortgages, past due taxes, and other non‑compliance matters.
