Your Role

and What You'll Be Doing

You’ll be joining , a Partner in one of our Medical Negligence teams in Birmingham. Lindsay has specialised in medical negligence cases for 25 years and worked on a range of claims which arise from medical negligence issues with particular expertise in spinal injury, wrongful birth and birth injury cases. As a key member of the team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting clients through some of the most challenging times in their lives. You’ll be involved in:


  • Managing your own caseload, including litigated matters, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.

  • Assisting senior colleagues on high-value and complex claims on both liability and quantum.

  • Delivering consistently accurate and compassionate legal advice, ensuring clients feel supported and informed throughout their journey.
