 Role overview

 The team

 We handle a broad range of public company transactions, including equity capital markets, public M&A and other PLC regulatory matters, with strength in navigating complex Main Market and AIM transactions and supporting both domestic and international clients. We have recently represented clients on equity capital markets and public M&A transactions in the retail & consumer, technology, mining, oil and gas, biotech and telecoms sectors.

We are recognised for combining technical public markets expertise with practical, boardroom-focused delivery, supporting clients across the listed company lifecycle, including:
Listed company advisory: day-to-day and event-driven advice on ongoing disclosure, market conduct and regulatory compliance, including matters engaging the UK Listing Rules, AIM Rules, Takeover Code, Market Abuse Regulation, Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules,...
