**Job Description**
The role of Associate Scientist in the Biofermentation Department is to work within the Biofermentation Department to conceptualize, develop and scale-up ferments (active ingredients) that have skin benefits to be used in final product formulation.
+ Develop new Ferments - Conceptualize and develop new active ingredients using our fermentation technology and equipment. Must be able to coordinate the workflow of several products simultaneously. Must be able to write a project plan with objective and milestones. They must be flexible and able to work on multiple projects at once.
+ Operate independently in executing assigned technical tasks while maintaining close alignment with the broader team goals. Integrate individual results with those of other contributors to drive project progression, meet key milestones, and achieve defined project endpoints.
