Associate Sales Director, WFG Alberta
Department: WFG – Location: Greater Calgary or Edmonton Area (remote)
Responsibilities
- Proactively develop and maintain key relationships within the region.
- Liaise between producers/advisors and head office to ensure highest standard of service.
- Identify training needs and recommend sales/marketing solutions focused on maximizing sales.
- Provide marketing, product and administrative support including sales calls and database development.
- Implement and sustain a call rotation and activity level that allows focusing on key advisors while supporting WFG offices and staff.
- Provide basic training through one‑on‑one sessions and large group presentations.
- Attend WFG related events (in person and virtual) throughout the year (occasional evenings and weekends may be required) and support WFG offices when necessary.
