Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct investigations on harassment and discrimination issues
• Advise on performance management and necessary disciplinary actions
• Prepare files for investigations and support settlement discussions
• Design seminars and presentations for effective HR training
• Collaborate with leadership to improve internal processes
Requirements:
• College or university background in Human Resources
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Employee Relations or HR
