About the Role
The Associate Registrar, Student Financial Services leads the strategic and operational delivery of student financial services at Western, ensuring that systems, policies, and practices are aligned with institutional priorities and evolving student needs.
This role is accountable for the integrity, compliance, and effectiveness of all financial interactions between the university and its students. The incumbent will champion service excellence, leveraging data, technology, and continuous improvement to enhance the student financial experience.
