The Associate – Mechanical is a senior leadership role responsible for technical excellence, client relationship management, and the strategic growth of mechanical engineering services within a building-focused consulting engineering practice. This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership, mentorship, and business development responsibilities.
The Associate – Mechanical plays a key role in shaping project strategy, supporting key client accounts, and contributing to the long‑term direction of the mechanical discipline and the firm overall.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior technical leadership for mechanical building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and energy systems
- Act as Mechanical Engineer of Record on complex or high‑profile projects as required
