Associate Manager - Talent Acquisition

<p>Purpose of Job:<br/><br/>Responsible for end-to-end responsibilities across the recruitment lifecycle (campus & lateral) while ensuring that we attract, assess, and onboard top talent to meet our business needs. This involves close collaboration with business leaders, HR business partners, and external stakeholders to drive effective talent acquisition strategies. The job also entails driving the DEI agenda of the division across the touchpoints of recruitment.<br/><br/>Key Responsibility Area:<br/><br/>Campus Engagement & Recruitment:<br/><br/>- Manage recruitment for 5+ campus streams across 15+ campuses for the tobacco and Agri SBUs<br/><br/>- Evaluate quality of hire across campuses and modify campus strategy across different streams<br/><br/>Strategy & Budget:<br/><br/>- Creation and Implementation of an agile Talent Acquisition strategy for the division.<br/><br/>-...
