**What you will do**
+ Lead and develop a geographically dispersed team, setting objectives, managing performance, and ensuring succession planning is in place
+ Allocate workload and monitor capacity to ensure all sourcing activities and projects are delivered in line with service level agreements
+ Drive the execution and continuous improvement of event sourcing strategies to increase efficiency, cost effectiveness, and compliance adherence
+ Oversee the adoption and optimization of event management and booking systems (including Cvent and travel tools), improving data accuracy and reporting outputs
