Associate Manager - Electrical Maintenance Responsibilities Team Lead Electrical Boiler/Turbine/Generator Strategic Execution and Maintenance: Conduct and coordinate with business associates for efficient and reliable maintenance of LT/HT motors rating up to 11000V and 11000 KW. can independently conduct overhauling of LT/HT motors during AOH or COH within stipulated time. Lead and develop a team for replacement/ inspection of HT motors during breakdown. Good knowledge of different types of bearings, motor signature analysis, complete motor testing, vibration measurement of HT & LT motors. Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), and System Maintenance Plans (SMPs) for BTG and associated areas to reflect current best practices and operational requirements. Conduct AOH, COH and manage maintenance during outages, focusing on safe, timely, and efficient project completion within budgets and allotted manpower.
