We are looking for a new Associate Legal Counsel to join our FANUC America Legal team at our Headquarters location in Rochester Hills, MI. In this role, you will collaborate with other members and partners within the Legal Department while executing any legal work required by FANUC America and its subsidiaries (FAC). In addition, you will counsel, advise, and support our business units toward achieving our business objectives while anticipating and guarding against legal risks that we may face. Interested? + Commercial: Review, negotiate, draft and modify corporate agreements as necessary, including confidentiality agreements, terms and conditions of sale or purchase, facility leases, software license agreements, integrator agreements, bailment and evaluation agreements, etc.
