ASSOCIATE LAWYER | WORKERS COMPENSATION | SYDNEY

We are looking for a 2+ year PQE Lawyer to join our high performing and successful Employers Liability team in Sydney.

Responsibilities
You will take responsibility and ownership over a range of tasks, including but not limited to:

• working on a diverse range of complex workers compensation matters;
• be a key contact with regular involvement with clients; and
• appear in various courts and tribunals, including the Personal Injury Commission.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will have:

• an academic qualification in law, with a current Practicing Certificate;
• a minimum of 2 years' PAE in defendant litigation, preferably in workers compensation matters;
• excellent analytical, drafting and communication (verbal and written) skills, with superior attention to detail; and
