Qualifications
* Indonesian Advocate who has been officially sworn in.
* Minimum 3 years of legal practice after taking the Advocate’s Oath.
* Holds a valid Berita Acara Sumpah Advokat.
* Active member of PERADI.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Master of Law is an advantage).
* Strong knowledge and practical experience in litigation and corporate legal matters.
* Excellent legal drafting, legal research, legal analysis, and legal opinion writing skills.
