Job Description
Eli Lilly is seeking an Associate, Engagement Excellence & Insights to drive data analysis and strategic insights within the pharmaceutical context. This role is focused on enhancing performance metrics and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
As an integral part of the Canadian Affiliate divisions, you will analyze sales trends and synthesize various data sets, including IQVIA and reimbursement claims, to provide actionable business insights. Your responsibilities will also encompass developing dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to assist in decision-making processes and to support Salesforce effectiveness initiatives within the organization.
