About the Role
As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our Associates. You will manage day-to-day HR Operations, programs and continuous improvement initiatives. This role will partner closely with Associate Relations, HRBP & TA partners , Payroll, and the business to work through and find constructive resolution to employee inquiries and escalations.
