Job Description
We are hiring an Associate, General Ledger to support accurate and timely financial services for business units in Malaysia. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong experience in general ledger accounting, month-end reporting, statutory compliance, audit coordination, tax matters, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage monthly financial accounting and reporting activities within agreed deadlines, in line with group processes and policies.
- Prepare and support group reporting packages, including actuals, tax packs, statutory reporting, and related financial submissions.
- Ensure compliance with group policies, statutory financial controls, internal/external audit requirements, and financial control standards.
- Support external audit, corporate tax, GST/SST, withholding tax, statistical surveys, and other statutory reporting matters.
