Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, advising on contractual risk, managing intellectual property, overseeing legal obligations, supporting regulatory inspections, audits, investigations, and advising on potential impacts and actions.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years post‑qualification legal experience
- Experience in iGaming, fintech, or payments
- Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, corporate law, and IP
- Experience advising businesses operating across multiple jurisdictions
