Associate General Counsel - Mutual Funds

Neuberger is seeking an experienced attorney in the Investment Company Act of 1940 to join its New York-based Legal and Compliance Team. This position will be providing legal advice and support on Neuberger Berman’s U.S. registered fund business, including mutual funds, exchange-traded funds and closed-end funds. The lawyer will also provide support to our intermediary distribution efforts. This position will report to the General Counsel – U.S. Registered Funds.
