Role Overview
The Associate Forward Deployed Engineer is a critical role within the Customer Success function, designed to bridge the gap between product engineering and strategic customer environments. FDEs act as embedded advisors and consultants, helping customers achieve the vision of an Agentic Enterprise by translating high-value business requirements into rapid, technical implementations.
As an Associate FDE, you will work on customers directly to deliver an outcome navigating the challenges of a customer environment, yet bridging the product engineering expertise into the customer solution.
