Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ensuring meals are served timely and in accordance with statutory and religious guidelines
- Engagement and coordination of internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with inventory management
- Assist training of staff
- Support F&B Executive in one (or more) of operations support areas:
- Supporting maintenance of meal ordering system
- Support management of outsourced partner (Dishwashing Operations and Maintenance)
- Support management of outsourced partner (Meal Servers)
- Ensuring quantity and quality of food items purchased are received in a timely manner and stored according to statutory guidelines and requirements
- Diploma in Food Service Management/Food Business Management, Food Science/Nutrition will be preferred
- Able to commit 6 days work week (AM Shift: 6am - 2pm; PM Shift: 11.30am - 7.30pm / 12.30pm...
