Associate Engineer - Digital, Hands-on & Growth-minded

Westpac New Zealand Ltd is seeking an Associate Engineer to join our Digital squad. You will contribute hands‑on engineering across frontend and backend, collaborating with Designers, Architects, and Principal Engineers to deliver customer‑focused digital experiences.

You’ll work with modern tools and practices, participate in Agile ceremonies, review code, write tests, and help shape the squad's technical direction while pursuing continuous learning and improvement.
