In this role you drive the national OTC sales strategy and lead a field-based team to achieve revenue and growth targets. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to optimize processes, coach managers and reps, and develop high-performing teams aligned with Teva’s mission to improve patient health. You’ll analyze market trends, manage key accounts, and ensure compliance while advancing value-based programs for customers. This is a high-impact role for shaping the OTC business across Spain and beyond.
