About the role

• Perform market research and competitive analysis to develop strategic plan for investments within the Logistics & Industrial business segment and practice group, with a focus on the sales of industrial properties
• Independently drive investment sourcing with Logistics & Industrial practice group leadership
• Analyze potential investment transactions, developing financial models and valuation analysis
• Draft investment memos, presentations, and recommendations for all stages of the deal process (sourcing to integration)
• Develop investment management functions such as performance measurement, forecasting, data analytics, strategy and portfolio construction
