Associate Director for Whittier Works

The Academic Affairs Division at Whittier College is seeking an Associate Director for Whittier Works. 

This position supports the Associate Dean for Engaged Learning and Whittier Works (WW). The associate director supports the day-to-day supervision for the Fellowships Director and oversees daily operations of related projects. Whittier Works is a campus-wide initiative that guides, personalizes and unifies students’ academic, personal and professional development, allowing students to make intentional connections between theory and methodology, applied experiences, essential skills, networking and professional practice in and outside the classroom.

The position requires strong organizational, data and analytical skills to support the Associate Dean of Engaged Learning and Whittier Works in the day-to-day operations, goal tracking, and evaluation and implementation of policies and procedures that are essential to meet the initiative’s long-term goals.
