About the Role

We are looking for a client-facing Associate Director to drive solutioning, engagement, and project delivery across our healthcare BPO practice.

This is a high-impact role that combines client engagement, solution design, and program management , focused on delivering measurable value and scalable solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and recommend customized contact center solutions based on client requirements

• Lead end-to-end project management from solutioning to execution and closure
