The Role
Reporting directly to the SVP of Digital Operations & Royalties, the Associate Director, Digital Operations will be responsible for the day-to-day running of AMRA's Digital Operations function. Working alongside the Usage Processing, Finance Operations, and BI & Automation teams, you'll help ensure the successful delivery of our global digital administration services while driving operational excellence across the function.
This is a hands-on operational leadership role. You'll take ownership of cross-functional workflows, support teams in resolving complex operational issues, lead projects to improve processes and service delivery, and help shape the future direction of the Digital Operations function.
